We purchased a dishwasher from Lowe's in Hamilton on Feb 14. We paid for the installation and removal of our old dishwasher. It was delivered on Feb 18 but the guy couldn't install it because he didn't have the right equipment. Um ok. You'd think as an installer you'd have the right equipment. He said he'd come back first thing on Feb 23. He was a no show. We called and installer said he'd be there in a few hours. No show. This installer was a no show several more times. Here we are in March and we still have the new dishwasher in a box in our living room! And here's the kicker: we called Lowe's. After being on hold for 20 minutes, the customer service rep said ' oh it says on my computer that the dishwasher was installed on Feb 18.'. Um NO! We told her that the dishwasher has been sitting in a box in our living room for the past 2 weeks. If we don't have our dishwasher installed by the weekend we're returning it!

They have great selection and many products you can't find elsewhere in town. Most of their workers go out of their way to help you find stuff or make suggestions. They always have a great customer service and returns are always easy to do.

Helpful employees and merchandise is very organized which helps because this is a huge building! I checked out the grills and they had a nice selection to choose from. I love going to Lowe's because they have everything you need from A to Z!!

Lowes is a pretty good store, they have pretty much what you might need for building , home improvements ect... But as like most stores they need more people at check outs and the specified areas Handicapped parking as well as handicap accessible
