First time trying Mario's pizza tonight, I ordered a pickup special, large pizza and a pound of wings for 18.99. Right off the bat the service was great. The person that greeted me instantly made me feel welcomed, seemed like he truly cared how I was doing, and thanked me a lot for my purchase. Great service! When I got home I opened my boxes and was quite happy with how the pizza looked - it didn't look greasy, or fluffy like other pizza places, it had nice color and the dough was cooked perfectly, not too crunchy, not too soft and chewy. The cheese is what put this pizza on the next level for me. Something to do with the mozzarella they used made it taste like genuinely good pizza. It does not taste like the cheese you would find at a place like pizza pizza. Next Level Cheese. The wings were pretty standard for a pizza shop, I got medium and they were at a perfect heat level for me. They weren't burnt, not too crispy, just right. Great experience, will come back again.

Customer service goes a long way and this is what I remember most from my experience. I often feel rushed when ordering (specifically chinese food and pizza) but I absolutely did not this time! Food was hot and on time. The family devoured. I really liked the wings - juicy, well sauced. That being said - I am likely the wrong person to ask when it comes to pizza (I rarely eat it but buy it for the fam) to me it tasted usual and we needed to cut a bit further. First time to try a shawarma pizza and I don't get the hype - I would order extra chicken next time if so.

I was out shopping and my daughter and I decided to stop and grab a Shawarma pizza from this place as their rating was high. I ordered the large Shawarma pizza walk in special for 14.99, and the large pizza one topping and 1 pound wings walk in special for 18.99 plus added 1 topping for 1.74, so I paid a total of 40.00. Both pizzas looked great, nicely cooked, lots of meat and toppings, cheese was nice and soft (NOT hard and chewy like other places). Only thing I personally did not like was the crust was dry, the Shawarma sauce was bland and not enough of it and it felt a bit over priced for what I got. The wings were ok, kinda small with a basic sauce basted on, no vinegar smell. I DO RECOMMEND this pizza place, food is good, service was great, pizza was done in 15mins as promised. 4/5

This place is great. It's my go to for takeout when I don't feel like cooking. I always get a pizza and garlic bread both delicious and never messed up. They are a fast and friendly family owned business. I have never had a problem so I highly recommend this place.
