Primo work and professionalism
I called in to book a appointment for a lip piercing on January 14th 2020, and he (never gave me his name) said I could bring my own jewelry in so that I could make it cheaper, so I did. When I went in there was almost no lighting AT ALL & somone was getting a tattoo done!!(Can't really see the best in the dark) so as I'm talking to him he goes to put the needle through and instead of paying complete and undivided attention to me, he started chatting with my mother and girlfriend and started looking over at them. So fast forward to tomorrow , my lip swells so bad I swallowed my backing and lost the ball end. I went back the next day after explaining what happened and he did it a second time . This time he put in a ear ring instead of a lip ring? (I had seen him grab it from the ear silky model) and continued to pierce me a second time. So the next day I go to cottage 13 and I'm told that my piercing was horribly Angled, that I had to remove it because it would of been crooked. To top it off, I was NEVER given after care instructions or papers and I was told to use isopropyl alcohol?! Which made it 100000% worse. After all this and explaining I have an eviction notice, he refused to give me a refund and gave me attitude and hung up on me . DO NOT EVER GO HERE. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!! Will be reporting this.
We went to this shop today seeking some help for our daughter she had got her ears pierced at Claires and they had put the backing in crooked , the man at the shop today was Amazing with our little girl and took the back off for us that we had tryed to do without success. Very nice to talk to and very welcoming Definitely would recommend this place!
