Initially contacted this office to have alarm/sprinkler protection. Sent several emails, finally on the 5th day got a response? Even then they could not give me an exact time to look at my building. Contacted other companies who responded immediately. Would not recommend this company.

Had a fire protection system (2 heads each) put into the furnace room of two houses. Installation was outstanding. Service guys were friendly and did everything they could to make the install as painless for the families as possible. Would highly recommend!

We had an emergency situation and Ontario Fire Protection was a huge help. We had called our normal provider and could not get a hold of them so we decided to reach out to a different company. The technician at Ontario Fire was quick to arrive, knowledgeable, and solved the issue for us. We decided to switch providers because of our great experience and are very happy we did.
Recently our business required the servicing of our fire extinguishers. The service we received on the phone making the arrangements was very helpful and professional. Ontario Fire even loaned us extinguishers while they serviced ours. Thank you so much for the quick and excellent service!
