I went in to pick up my trial contacts and they had "lost" them. I drove home and then they called me up 30 minutes later saying they had found them. I go back in again and they said they would call be in 2 weeks to see if I would like to go through with purchasing contacts after trying them out. 2 months later still no call from them. I call them back and they hardly apologized then told me they will order some. One week later I have a voicemail from them telling me to call them back. I try to call back multiple times over the next month all these times either no one would answer or the line is busy. They made no attempt to call me again. I finally get through and they tell me there is no record of me ever doing a trial and that no contacts have been ordered for me. it took me 5 minutes of explaining for them to finally believe me then they magically found the notes and realised i was telling the truth. Still no apology. They said they would check the order box for my contacts and they would call me back. Apparently it takes 5 days to check the order box. Edit: I have called up today and spoken to lovely Sam who has solved the situation! Thank you so much Sam for your wonderful customer service, I'm sure you could teach the others a thing or two about doing their job :)

I was in Hamilton for the weekend and urgently needed glasses frames repaired. They were such an amazing help and gave me some for a really great price and saved my day!! I would definately recommend them! A BIG THANKS to them!!! You guys are lifesavers!!!

Best place to buy your eyeglasses from with huge range of collection and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you are in Hamilton, look no further. My experience: Had my eye test and my glasses done but there was an issue with the lenses and my experience during my visit. Long story short, the issue was resolved way way above my expectation that I had to write a good review. I can say from my experience with many eyeglasses and sunglasses I bought during the years (I have more than 10 eyeglasses and many sunglasses) from many shops in NZ, but this branch OPSM is the best in NewZealand. The level of commitment and customer care is the next level, even after you buy your glasses they still got you back if you need any help.

Absolutely stunning store! The outstanding friendly staff were so helpful and accommodating with all of my requests! If anyone requires an optometrist I highly recommend OPSM Hamilton. My sunglasses I brought (RayBan) and optical glasses are the best I’ve ever had and to know the lifetime cleaning and adjustment service this store has is peace of mind for me and a stunning customer service piece knowing at anytime I need my glasses looked after they are there to assist!
