HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - This review is long overdue. I'm so thankful for the great service and the end product that was completed. I provided dimensions and a sample of a mirror that would be used for facedown recovery after eye surgery. They nailed it. Two additional benefits of having P&A do the work were a) they are located within a 15 minute drive of our home and b) FREE customer parking in downtown Hamilton. I have no hesitations about returning. I echo other reviewers: \You gotta call Svenja!!
I have recieved my order yet but just based off of my service call I am already so thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service by Svenja. Not only did a friend have a good experience when accidentally showing up to the store, but when I called we ended up talking about every aspect of the order, which lead to joking and laughing.... she was so detailed and assured me of so many concerns, she even when she spoke about how busy the store is, but not at all complaining, it was such a positive comment ... was just genuinely one of the nicest covid customer service experiences I've had all year. for Svenja
Before covid season, I was able to enter the building and get estimates on custom plastic mouldings. Just recently I contacted them via their onlline form in an effort to get an estimate on another moulding, but I never received a response. Also, I asked if they accept alternate payment methods because I don't want to give my credit card number out on the phone. Very hard to do business with someone when no answers are given.
Great service, so happy with our new barrier. Highly recommended.
