Petra Auto Centre in Hamilton is what all dealerships should be like! I have never felt so welcome and understood. Talk about going out of their way for their customers. I bought a great car at a great price with no pressure whatsoever!! Delivery of the car to me was fantastic, and the car was spotless and shiny when I picked it up. I was shocked to find out they did a complimentary oil change, which was unexpected. I knew I was dealing with a special dealership when the owner went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. The car I bought had a remote starter but only came with one key and one remote starter keyfob. He told me he would look for the other set. A few weeks went by and one of his service guys said they couldn't locate the second set of keys. I know how much replacement keys and remote start fobs cost. Well after a month of enjoying my car, I get a phone call from the owner. He told me he located the spare key and remote starter fob! I couldn't believe he would contact me after a month and tells me to pick up the keys at the dealership! Now really, what dealer would do this? To top it off, he offered me free hubcaps for my old beat up Buick, but they wouldn't fit. He told me don't worry about it, just keep them anyway. Are you kidding me? Once again, tell me of any other car dealership that does this? I want to thank everyone at Petra Auto for the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and this is by far the best dealership out there. Thank you once again Petra!

Excellent service from start to finish. Fair pricing. I am very happy with my purchase and would consider buying from here again. I came all the way from Ottawa to find the vehicle I was looking for. I noticed a good variety of cars on the lot.
