Great experience with Pocrnic Realty. Lived in a beautiful one bedroom apartment by Parkdale and Queenston for a year. Wish I could have stayed. Great rent rate, good parking, great size!!! Oh I miss it haha. They were very communicative upon moving out and the building outside and inside was up kept every week. Never needed anything in between the year of being there, but if I did I know they were there for me. Easy move in and out. Would recommend anyone to contact Pocrnic Rralty if they’re looking for a place! Thanks for everything.

I have been a tenant with PRA for 5 years and since they have got two new property managers Brenda Howes and Adam Law things have been handled so poorly and unprofessionally. Don't hesitate to reach out to me as I will share my experience with you so you never have to experience the same. I am putting together a portfolio with pictures and conversations for anyone interested hope I can save one person some money time and headaches. Literally the most poor management service I have ever experienced in all my years of business, You can see there reviews are garbage. There efforts have been anything but lack lustre they continuously lie. My interpretation is 100% accurate as I have conversations and pictures who do you think people will believe when they read this a representative/worker for PRA or a paying tenant that has to deal with all these incidents.... common sense.

Terribly unprofessional company. Called to inquire about a 3 bedroom rental and confirmed that they accepted 8 month lease provided that all 3 rooms were rented. Scheduled a visit and they said they'll have a realtor on stand by to show us to property. Waited over an hour and the realtor was a no show. The staff was not apologetic and acted as if they didn't give a sh*t. Saw a neighboring unit and still wanted to lease the place. They printed 12 months leasing period on the contract when we already specified we were looking for 8. Don't bother renting their properties, they will waste your time.
