Before coming to Precision PT, I had serious back pain. Standing for 15 minutes to do a simple task like washing utensils was hard for me. Previously, I had also avoided work as I was not able to handle the pain. Lifting medium weight loads was also hectic and my back would also pain in the end of the winter. I came to Precision and it was a life changing decision. I had been visiting doctors regularly who would prescribe which would give temporary relief. The therapists at Precision are really nice and accurate with their assessments and their exercises with examples. I had a lot of fun talking with the people here who are friendly and helpful. Originally I became a patient at Precision Physio for a severe case of Vertigo. I had tried medications as well as Chiropractic Treatments to stop the Vertigo symptoms. After three weeks of alternate treatments and without any relief from the dizziness, I decided to try Physio Therapy. I contacted Precision Physio and Jenny Patel was my Physiotherapist. After three of four visits the Vertigo was cured. Jenny also provided some exercises to use at home and even explained how to treat the Vertigo if there was a reoccurrence. I am grateful to Jenny and the Precision Therapy Team for the help I received and I highly recommend Precision Physio for Vertigo Treatments. Due to the Covid19 lockdown as well as complications from surgery I noticed I was experiencing knee and back weakness. I reached out to Precision Therapy again and Jenny was able to assist me with strengthening and mobility exercises. The physio treatments were delivered through Video Links and Jenny was able to explain and teach the therapy exercises. In addition Jenny also sent emails with an explanation of the exercises she taught. I have been impressed with Jenny’s knowledge, compassion and expertise in delivering physio therapy treatments. Thank you Jenny for all of your assistance! I highly recommend Precision Therapy for your therapy treatments.

As of Jan 1/21- Had extreme difficulty walking more than 1 block and going down stairs due to pain in my left foot and right knee. As of Feb 5/21- Can now walk for 40 minutes without pain in foot or knee and can go up and down stairs almost without pain. Therapists (Joya and Thais) have been exceptional. I now have an expanded exercise program which I do daily. Precision Physiotherapy has been an excellent experience.
