Rodger's rose garden is quite nice. I visited at a time where it was clearly undergoing maintenance, so there weren't actually any roses. Though from the other pictures I've seen of the garden, It looks like a very nice place to walk around.

Very amazing collection of over 100 roses, a few of them years old. Incredibly large area which is also suitable for picnics being next door to the playground. Great place to have a rose garden wedding. A must see if you come to Hamilton. Also it is right next door to the Carpark area so easy access.

Stunning gardens.. evening viewing is great... lots of scent and few people around... great place for OAP. a few lights would be great for late evening viewing.
