very bed customer service i have experienced today. i bought my brand new tired from them made me wait for more than 5 hours to reinstall them for my brand new car. they didn’t have original parts for my car . when i wanted to pay with my TD debit card the cashier insisted that it is not my card till i asked to talk to the manager and the manager made show him my app on my phone and the card number which took me another 30 minutes . I won’t recommend buying and installing your tires ftom this store it will took you forever . i won’t go back there at all.

I went to this store yesterday to drop off three packages at Canada Post. The lady with the short cut at the makeup. counter came to greet me at the door, inquiring why I didn't have a mask. I apologized and told her I had no money on me as I was just dropping packages. I had previously been provided a complimentary face mask when I had done a trip to shop there two weeks ago. She was extremely rude, disrespectful and kind of happy to tell me she can't give me a free mask even after I told her I had no money. I tried to request a facemark through Canada Post and she told me she could not leave her makeup counter. She told me I can go purchase a mask even when I pointed out I had no money. She proceeded to give shrug her shoulders and seemed glad that I was so upset. This employee is a prime example of why customer service requires genuine human empathy and compassion. She had neither of these for me even though I regularly buy my groceries and all essentials from this shop. I will never be shopping here again due to the attitude of this one presumptuous employee who thinks she can treat me in such a rude, put-off and derogatory manner. That is not how you treat human beings, period.

Who wouldn't love to have to wait an entire long weekend to get their meds because the pharmacy decided to close for a few days. Real nice. So now I have to go to a walk in clinic to get a new script. Eff you guys!! I'll be moving my prescription immediately upon your reopening that's for sure. I won't spend another dime here.

Forcing people to use the automated checkout is unacceptable. I am a cashier and I make 15 an hour to ring through purchases. I DO NOT do that for free. So if you insist on forcing your customers to use self checkout, then you have lost my business. And I am quite certain that many, many others feel exactly the same.
