Place my order for my relatives 50th wedding anniversary, yesterday about 6pm. Next day pickup is what I paid for. I arrived about 5pm and it was not ready, because the individual from the early shift didn't know how to operate the printings machinery. So the individual told me it would be ready in a half an hour. I said okay. I will come back,and she stated I will call you. An hour goes pass no phone call, so I go back the banner need garment,and she wait on a lady with no mask. The ignore me and wait on someone else, not consider they are on my time. It's almost 7pm and I'm still waiting. Covid is going on and they don't care.

Attentive and friendly customer service. I needed a new printer and Jason was a big help, advising me on the differences among models and other details. I bought a printer with a 4 year warranty plan, so we had coverage on another duplicate model or the money could apply to a different model, if we have any malfunction in the next 4 years. I'm a Rewards member too. Jason answered my questions / rang up the sale / and offered to carry the printer out to the car, if I needed any help. It's a great experience buying from a store that knows the benefits of customer service. I highly recommend working with Jason at Staples in Fairfield, OH.

Just in for few minutes to grab a prepaid order of printed material. It is not ok to be ridiculed for not having a mask by employees who are adjusting their mask, talking on phones, touching their face etc. there are no signs posted that mask are required. I’ll find another place to purchase any future items.
