I had a leak in my bathroom and need sealant to fix. I forgot it was only curbside pickup. I called the amazing girls at service desk and they were able to have my order available for pick up so I didn't have a major issue. Thanks so much! It was a lifesaver

Great store when you don't have to buy online and do curbside pickup. If you try to order online prepare for all kinds of problems... -the website changing your selected store without notice, -charging you for items that are out of stock, -horrible wait times, -people arriving after you picking up their order first... etc. Can't wait until we're allowed in stores again.

Store is well stocked and staffed with friendly folks. To be honest, the store seems a bit crowded and doesn’t seem as big as other locations. However, I’ve never had a stock issue. In fact, this is my go-to location when other closer stores don’t have what I’m after.

The level of customer service definitely needs some improvement. I'm talking about the one on Centennial, Hamilton. Bought a storm door and wanted to ask to set it aside for pick up from my contractor. Customer service rep assumed I was waiting for a receipt of some sort. Clearly not asking if I needed some assistance. But asks someone behind me if they needed some assistance. Waited half an hour for a simple task to set aside a storm door and write the name of my contractor so that they know who's picking it up.
