I was looking for a local small business who I could trust with my 8mm(old school video camera tape) of my wedding from 15 years ago (the only video we had from a friend and his video camera). I found this business on google and called them at 8 pm at night. The owner was very pleasant and I was able to make an appointment for drop off 2 days later (totally safe and all Covid protocols in place). I dropped off my tape on Monday morning and was told that it would be 2-3 days, I was more than happy with the time quoted. I received a text message that my video was completed and ready for pick up Monday evening at 5:30 pm, the same day as I dropped it off!! I was extremely happy and impressed!! I picked up the video the next morning and raced home to watch it!!! I sat in tears for over an hour watching our memories from 15 years ago. The owner is so accommodating, professional and overall an amazing business owner! I was nervous to drop off this very important tape to me but am now extremely happy that I chose his business to do so at!! I would highly recommend them!! Thank you for taking such amazing care in transferring over my magical memories. I will definitely be returning in the near future!

Absolutely superb customer service from start to finish. I went in to get some film developed and could not be happier with my experience. The level of professionalism mixed with personable charm is second to none. The prints came back in a week and the communication throughout the process was fantastic (especially so close to the holidays). I cannot recommend this location enough!
After doing a Google search for photo enlargement I came across The photo depot... I stopped in a was completely impressed by the service I was provided. After having 3 black and white photos enlarged I'm completely impressed and happy!! Many thanks for a fantastic experience.
I had the good fortune of finding Vito's store (by chance!) when I was looking for a place to get a very old photo restored as a Father's Day gift. Businesses had just, just started to reopen in Stage 2, and he was kind enough to let me in without an appointment while staying safely distanced (no other customers in the store). Vito cropped and printed a recent photo on the spot, and gave me an accurate time and price quote for the restoration project. I had to wait a few weeks to write this review because I wanted to give the photo to my Dad (for the reaction, of course) ... He was blown away. The original was damaged by time, fire, water, tape, mishandling, you name it. I have included a partial image of the restoration so you can see how it was returned to its former glory. My Dad absolutely loved it. Highly recommended. Thank you, Vito.
