Great to deal with. Ordered my above ground in May, and because of Covid, and the high demand for pools, it wasn't installed until first week of August. The installation guys were great. Worked non stop until the pool was up. Pump guy came out another time, and the same thing, worked until everything was up and running. Easy to deal with on the phone and kept me updated as to when and where. Very happy with my pool. Would recommend The Pool Shoppe.

Went in looking for a pool for next summer and met with Donna. Donna was amazing, and was a step ahead of me on all questions I was going to ask. Great customer experience! BTW it was my first time in this store, they have so much more than pools and hot tubs. Pool tables, jet hockey tables, etc to keep you entertained this winter.
Just had them install a new in ground pool liner and we are thrilled with the job they did! Liz was great at organizing all the steps and Zack was terrific installing everything. Very professional, organized nd well planned out. Nice to see how talented, experienced and skilled their installers are. Very satisfied with this company and their staff.
