Amazing store!! They have been dealing with Covid professionally and work efficiently!! Don’t let these little bad reviews fool you. The people who leave unsatisfied need to understand that 1, we are STILL in a pandemic, 2 this store is INDEPENDENT/PRIVATELY OWNED/OPERATED so their policies and prices may differ from other UPS Stores across the country and I’ve seen many people come in with the mindset that they run/operate like other ups stores then get angry when the associate tells them they can’t take a certain item or ship something out or that they have to pay for packaging when their Amazon return is too large. It’s in the fine print people, read the terms before accepting!! Some items that are “Amazon Returns” require shipping if you want to get your refund from amazon!! .Furthermore, on a lighter note, The staff is amazing, they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied, they are Efficient and are fast workers!!

Had to mail a package today and the lovely lady working from Australia was so pleasant!!! I believe she said her name was Rebecca. She was so friendly and welcoming when I entered the store such a pleasant change from most stores in today’s world. I’ll be doing all my shipping from your store if all of your staff are as friendly and courteous as Rebecca!!!!
