LIFE GOAT

I wish I could give them no stars. This place is terrible. They will send you 15 miles away to an appointment with a doctor. Called and had to reschedule because I had no transportation. I told them I wanted another doctor who was closer to me. They said that they had one and would schedule the appointment, and would call me with the new date. I had to call them and they told me they rescheduled with the same doctor again!! They are the worst. Terrible customer service. No compassion. They will just treat you like another number in their database. Hope you dont have a car accident with progressive in south jersey, because this is who you will have to deal with.
