We have been trying to get a hold of someone in charge for almost 1 week now. No one returns calls, answers the office door or is even around to answers the phone during business hours. The line is always busy even long after office hours are over. It's as though the line is off the hook. One time I witnessed the superintendent (named "Gary") speaking very rudely to an elderly woman about an issue she had in her apartment. As I was waiting for the elevator, I overheard him saying to this elderly female tenant "Well, I"m glad your not my mother!" in a very angry and rude tone as he was walking away from her. I would label that as verbal abuse for the way he was treating her. Also, my mom lives here and has had an issue of her toilet not flushing properly and the water running constantly. The toilet handle is also broken. A work order request form was submitted as per their policy. We couldn't get a hold of anyone to fix the issue so we had to manually turn off the water from the wall underneath the toilet itself as it would have flooded her apartment if we didn't. My mom had to use the bathroom in the lobby. "Gary" came several days later to make the repair which didn't last very long as her toilet water is running again. Just not to the point of possibly flooding the place. Her toilet handle is still broken!!! She also has had broken blinds from previous tenants. We had put in a work order request several times and it was only just repaired months later. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Seniors are treated with disrespect, and even verbally abused as I witnessed, they do not return or answer your phone calls, make repairs in a timely manner or at all.
