I saw a product on their website and payed 98.00 for it, so half price...I went to get my product and was a cheaper product...So after we communicated by email...I talked to the head office, a guy name Jim...They still have the product I payed for on their website, but they change the product number and say they dont have it no more...Dont trust this guys...I will try with BB Distribution...And I will bring my complaint to the Government of Ontario...

He will make sure that each and every customer is happy with their products and the experience. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with their customer service, and the sound coming out of my new sound system.
It’s hard to rate a place like this, because I find myself comparing it to a place like Best Buy, except at Best Buy I don’t feel the employees are desperately trying to sell me on something for commission. You can’t walk in and look around without being hounded, even after saying “ I’m just looking” they swarm you. I prefer looking around and if I need help I will find you to help me.
