I used to live here back in the day, and I am just amazed by how much this place has been let go. Poor management is why this apartment complex is steadily declining. Like other reviewers have mentioned, good luck getting the property manager to answer the phone, or even be available in the office as it is locked up with no one there during their posted office hours. The maintenance here is a complete joke also. If you have black mold you get the standard bleach spray (which will damage your carpet and they hold you responsible for). Both the office manager and maintenance man are as rude as they can possibly be. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!

Takes forever to get them to answer their phones. Never in the office when we tried to go in. On the phone when they finally answered they VERY rude. Definitely not considering going here anymore. Get some new management

I love that this is a quiet complex. It is close to so much here, including Oxford. Our first few weeks were not pleasant though. The apartment was not \move in ready\ as promised, and when we went to leave it was a hassle. They charged us for items that they originally told us we would not be charged for, and promised to reimburse us but never did. Throughout living there we had to make numerous calls for one maintenance problem to be addressed, and they told us our fix wasn't a priority, so it was always being delayed. My car was scratched and dented in the parking lot, but there was nothing that could be done; the parking spots are small and people park there without permits but never towed. Overall the apartment itself was great, but management was poor. Often the manager would air other tenants dirty laundry--classy Wish Village. I was thankful we only needed to be there for 15 months.
