Purchased an Abarth from Hamlet Cars and couldn't be happier with the car and the whole experience of dealing with Nando and his team. Their aftercare service has also been exceptional. Highly recommended.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews and I am quite surprised with the ratings as sadly we’ve received quite abrupt treatment at Hamlet Cars. We drove an hour to find out that car had little scratches everywhere and was keyed on passenger side, answer to all questions was “ the car is 7 years old” like it’s supposed to be in poor shape because of its age? I own a 16 year old car that has better body work than the car I went to see at this dealership. The price was quite high for what it was and the sales person was unpleasant to deal with. If you hear “are you interested because if you’re not then there’s no point to test drive it” just cause we had questions about the body work and broken seal under the bonnet, it doesn’t really make you want to give that person your money, even if you wanted the car. I’d advise to work on your approach to people.

Really impressed with Hamlet Cars. Great service right the way through, good quality cars and I am really happy with my fiat 500! Had a tiny issue with the air con but they took a look straight away and sorted it at no charge. Would highly recommend!

I don’t normally leave reviews but after the great service I’ve received this week, I felt compelled to write about my experience. I never relish the idea of having to deal with car salesman, as in the past I’ve felt they take advantage when you’re female. There were a few issues my side so the deal was not at all straight forward but this didn’t phase Nando. He went over and above to make the deal happen and actually made the process enjoyable. Great customer service, good communication, patience and knowledge is in abundance and would rate Nando and the Team @ Hamlet Cars higher than 5* if I could. I absolutely LOVE my new car and I will definitely recommend to friends and family. My mum is now looking to upgrade her car, which is down to Nando’s warm approach. For the first time I can guarantee I will be back! Thanks again :)
