I wanted to say what an absolute awesome experience I had at the Hamlin TCC wireless store today. Michelle is the best associate EVER! I had dealt with her when she was in MT Pocono a few years ago and yet again another spectacular transaction. I highly recommend going to the Hamlin TCC wireless and asking for Michelle because you will not be disappointed.

I wish I was able to put more then five stars because, I’ve never had such a wonderful experience with customer service as I did with Michelle Morgan! I came in to switch my phone service from Straight Talk to Verizon and she was so patient and accommodating! I was there for FOUR hours to set up my new account and I didn’t even feel angry or frustrated that It took so long. She made me feel like I was there to relax with a friend, and I really appreciated how she handled herself and all the effort she was willing to give to make sure I left satisfied and with a great experience! If you ever want to switch to Verizon, I Highly recommend visiting this location just to experience how wonderful Michelle is!
