Yesterday I spontaneously visited Fielmann-Hamm to adjust my glasses frame, because it was to loose, often slipped down and I really needed it to be fixed! I was around the city, normally the store is always full amd online Termin is really recommended (bit I cannot wait till the next available Termin). It was really my lucky day, because at that time no one queue outside but me. One of the staff was free and let me in (forgot his name). Told him my problem, gave my glasses and he adjusted my frame really in detail. After few adjustments based on my need & problem, it was done less than 10 minutes. During waiting I was also observing their frame glasses selections, most of the are so eye catching! I think I already get the next candidate for my next glasses. Really the best service ever for an urgent case from what I experience especially during Corona time. The staff is so helpful, initiative and professional. Please keep it up!

Ich habe mir heute, eine bei ebay gekaufte, gebrauchte Brille dort biegen lassen und eine andere richten lassen, auf die ich mich versehentlich gesetzt habe und als ich zahlen wollte hieß es, dass sei kostenloser Service. Wirklich super! Danke.
Bin jetzt zum 4. Mal bei Fielmann in Hamm angemeldet. Bisher hat alles prima geklappt
Ich wurde von einer sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Optikerin bedient. Vorab wurde der Termin für einen Sehtest online gebucht. Ohne Wartezeit wurde ich in Empfang genommen. Ich benötige zum Glück keine Brille. Falls ich mal eine benötigen sollte, werde ich definitiv wieder diese Filiale aufsuchen. Danke, Service und Freundlichkeit werden hier Groß geschrieben!
