I took my phone in for repairs, on the 30th of November 2016. It is still under warranty as I have had it for less than 1 year. Two months on, I still do not have my phone. I was told I would have it after 21 working days. It has been well after 62 days. I do not know if the problem is with me and my counting skills or with cell c and their lack of professionalism. That is not the only problem. I went into this particular store 3 times to be assisted with a sim swap. I am still without one. So here I am, paying for 1. A phone I don't have. 2. Bundles I don't use. This is the worst service known to mankind.
