We had diner at Sylvester. It was excellent!!!! Six stars! The plates are art. The taste is double art. Very nice combinations. Not to many tastes on one plate. It all fits well. And they show that organic grown wine can have a high quality.

One of The best diners we had so far. The taste of the food is amazing. Sweet sour bitter crunchy and super creative... really good combination of flavors and colors. The gravies are amazing! I could recommend the wine pairing. And the food is served with a lot of genuine kindness. Good knowledge about wine and products. Must go! Thanks again for this great evening. Merci.
Friendly staff, great place and even greater food. Every dish had it's ingredients perfectly combined and was prepared with skill. These people show their passion for food. And they know their wines. When you are near: go here. When you pass by: go here. Try to make a reservation.

Nice place very friendly crew and delicious food
Outstanding! Our 6th night in the Ardenne, and our 8th restaurant. We made our reservation online a few days earlier, and I specified that my wife was vegetarian... Well, I can honestly say that the friendly greeting and overall service by Sophie and the chef skills of Nicolas resulted in our finest dining experience yet. The food is creative and beautifully presented, but tastes even better. If you only eat at one place whilst in the region, make sure it's this place. We will be back for sure!

Op vrijdagavond gaan eten voor mijn verjaardag. Oorspronkelijk de 5 gangen gekozen met aangepaste wijnen voor m'n vrouw en aangepaste bieren voor mezelf (pairing met bieren zeer treffend en lokaal!) Porties niet te groot dus tijdens het eten nog besloten over te gaan naar zeven gangen en dat was topkeuze. Een heuse familiezaak waar heel de familie enthousiast samenwerkt om iedereen gelukkig te maken, met lokale producten! Aanrader voor de maag . PS: Als je een koffie of thee vraagt, krijg je er heerlijke lekkernijen erbij ️
