Jason came to our home about a month ago to help us fix a leaky seal on our upstairs toilet. He was on-time (actually early), he wore a mask, took off shoes and was so courteous. He was recommended to us from our neighbor and we were very pleased. He explained why we experienced a problem and offered some additional advice on cleaning and care of our toilets. I was truly grateful. In addition, I also more recently called him for an issue with our hot water heater. Again, he came right over, fixed it in no time and offered some maintenance advice for the future. We would definitely recommend Hamp Plumbing!!

I found Jason after a Friday evening water leak left me scrambling for a service call. He responded when no one else would that I called going down a google search. He left the fish fry dinner he was at in order to come help me, and stayed late into the night to do the job right. I haven’t used anyone else sense this day due to his great service and responsiveness. He’s always trying to help you and will go the extra mile to make sure he does.

HORRIBLE. I don't recommend anyone using this service! This absolutely ignorant guy that I ran into today was not respectful at all and I'm not sure if he's the owner of the company or what but he drives like a mad man so if he can act like that on the road and basically be a big time road rager, I can only image him in person and the kind of work he does when he goes into other people's homes and most likely disrespects them too. I don't usually write bad reviews for companies or businesses especially if they're a smaller business but I just had to let everyone know how angry and immature this \man\ was. I've never heard of this company before today but I would highly recommend never coming in contact with this man and this business if you don't have to. Listen to the other bad reviews on the page and call ANYONE else. Don't support this kind of business.
