Nice place to stay. Facilities wise it's a good place. The restaurant is great and the food served was very nice. However some things need definite improvement.. first some of the restaurant staff were not polite enough, they did service as a forced service and were not that supportive. Some infrastructure like the plumbing in the bath room needed upgrade. The tap was so tight it was just impossible to operate. The ac in the old building is ancient to say the least. It sounded as if an aircraft was taking off right next to your head. To top it it had to be manually operated.. imagine operating ac by hand in this age The remote was not working even after changing batteries and ended up operating tv also manually.

Ambience is good. Rooms were neat and clean. The front desk was blowing hot and cold with sometimes rude and sometimes sweet behaviour!!. Ample parking space available for vehicles. We faced problem with dinner served to room, as it was neither fresh nor hot. Another downside is time limitation on restaurant service. Not upto the mark for the tariff.

Overly priced for the hotel. The quality of cutlery and breakfast is not upto the standards. They do not serve fresh fruit juice but synthetic juices in breakfast (which is complimentary). Everything is plastic here. The hotel is centrally located in the town and is good in terms of ambience but lacks in quality for tariff they charge. We had a stop over for four hours and we were charged 3000 for the room (12 hour tariff) and 800 for an extra bed.
