I had such a wonderful experience at this location. Wes was attentive and truly cared about my needs. He wasn’t pushy at all like the usual salesman stereotype. I switched over from Sprint and he got my bill 200 lower! I will definitely keep doing business at this location. Thank you again Wes for all your help.

Always have great experiences when Wes is working! Very intelligent sociable guy who makes it quick and easy to get in and out with new phones, new plans, etc! Poster board guy for verizon!
The manager working there showed bad attitude to me. I bought 2 new phones, he offered me a bogo deal and I traded in my 2 old phones, my bogo discount was never applied to my bill. I asked manager working there, he refused to help me with that. Told me to call helpline and they said he wasn't supposed to combine those deals. ( it's totally his lack of knowledge of his job which cost me loosing 1000 at the end).

WES IS AN ANGEL. Seriously had the best experience with this shop and this guy. We went in to switch from Sprint and Wes was absolutely the best guy we could have asked for. He was genuinely interested in our questions and concerns. He also knew a lot about other carriers and devices which allowed him to talk to us about all options. He cared about his customers, not just to get money, but to make sure his customers got the best deals and plans for their families. I highly suggest talking to Wes if you ever need anything. I will always been going to him in the future!
I high recommend coming to this location! My sister n law and I had the best experience ever with West and Mirza! I originally went to the westmibster location with my sister n law and did not have the best experience! When we came to this location we told Wes and Mirza about our frustration and confusion they helped us immediately! They were very understanding, helpful and extremely patient ! Come see them !
Wes is awesome. Has great suggestions to help you decide by explaining all the details. He is my go-to guy when I need help.
