Used this service for 2 different assignments, one of them was not even sent to me in time for my deadline and the other one failed with 28% meaning I failed 2 assignments due to to assignment ace. I paid nearly 200 and this useless company refused to give me a refund even though they didn't successfully give me the product I asked for then refused to acknowledge their mistakes.. Avoid this business at all costs unless you want to get scammed as they start to blame you even though its all their fault.. Thanks for making me fail and resit and taking my money too hope you get the karma you deserve

Do not use their service as it will be wasting money. Deadlines means nothing to them. Quality is worst than poor. Unprofessional company. They don't keep the satisfactory warranty. I requested a refund as their work failed first ti.e then they offered a revision which was late 8 days after my deadline so failed second time as well. I've got no response from them and I sent quite a few letter about it.
Would not even give 1 star. I placed multiple orders with this company and paid for them promptly. The company kept asking for payment even though I sent my receipts multiple times. I asked for a order to be amended multiple times but this was not actioned. I was then ignored on live chat, whatsapp and their office phone for a whole day so the '24/7' help they advertise is false. They even sent me a message saying it takes them 24 hours to respond, not helpful when you have concerns. I expressed my concerns with them then was repeatedly told I was 'extremely rude'. They only tried to help me with my concerns after I told them I was cancelling my orders, before this I was being ignored. I am now waiting for a refund.
They will treat Awfully and outrageously. I am strongly recommended to everyone who plan to get help in this company to change your mind as soon as possible because they will not send your order on time and when you ask why your order delivers delivers late and they will threatening you through WhatsApp and emails.
