This place is great all around! The rooms are perfect and the view of the water is so relaxing. The pool is heated and also has a great view of the water from on top of the hill. The staff is friendly and they even provide beach passes for the local beach

Our stay was very short, but incredible. Colonial Shore Cottages is a hidden gem. From the park-like grounds, to the cleanliness and comfort. But the best part was the Customer-Service. They went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. We already have another night booked next month and can't wait to come back soon!
We stayed at the Colonial Shores in Hamptons Bay this past weekend and we just really had an amazing time! From the cleanliness of the cottage, to their amenities, top that off with their superb service, this place is really a gem. Their location is also great. There’s nothing negative to say about this place but if there’s one thing, we wish we stayed much longer! But we also love it that much that we already booked for next year! Thanks again for our great stay, that not only my husband and I loved it, but my girls as well.
