I ordered online a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and a chicken alfredo pasta. I received a voice message back that they had no pasta, so I called back the store to change the pasta for a philly steak sandwich. When I get there to pickup my order, they said they never received the phone call with the changes and they offered to make a sandwich right then, which made me waste at least 15 minutes of my time with no apology whatsoever.
