I have called this store numerous times. They pick up and hang up. I call back then get fax machine. Then called back and no one answers. This is a bunch of BS and poor customer service. I guess I will go to T-Mobile or stay with boost. Metro just lost a customer.

Pleased... Always , I have always been pleased with this location... Amazingly this is why I miss Sunnyvale, maybe it's because people know me around her I don't know but this ones customer service is top notch.
