Place has excellent food, but nothing fancy is served here. I enjoy the soup and sandwiches on colder days, but they will never see me in the summer. Order at the counter and they call you when it is ready.

Terrible experience, extremely rude manager. I called ahead to ask if breakfast was available & outside dining also. He said, yes, we arrived 30 minutes later they kept us waiting with only one other customer. Manager saw us & proceeded to change menu signs while we Stood waiting. Then told us breakfast was over. When I said I called & spoke to him he became rude and angry. We walked out as did customers who arrived after us. I guess that’s the reason Panera’s are closing down all over NY too bad a used to be a favorite of ours.
Love the rapid pick up option. I can place an order and it's ready for me in 10 minutes. I don't have to wait on line and can run in and out. Their website says curbside is available too although I haven't tried it.
The staff is very friendly and respectful. The food is always good.
The food is good but they always forget to put the sauce on my chicken sandwiche, weather its bbq chicken or chipotle chicken. I end up with plain chicken.. not a happy camper.. **UPDATE** 11/20/2020 Recently went and their Flatbread pizzas are decent for not being a Pizza place. But I also tried the broccoli and cheddar mac N cheese and for 6 for a small you'd think they would fill it to the top.. a little skimpy in my opinion..
The lady handling my bagels at the register, had NO GLOVES on and was going back and forth between touching her eye glasses, the register and handling my bagels . Its extremely essential that all health protocols are not only made aware of to the workers but strictly enforced upon when handling customers food. Now, more than ever hygenie guidelines should be every food industries top priority. I did however notice that the girls on the food prep line all had gloves on.
