I've only met with Dr Rashid and Dr PennyCook since joining this practice, but both have been amazing and made me feel well looked after. This is the first doctors surgery I have been registered at that has genuinely helped with my problems and ensured everything was resolved. Also the practice itself is modern and very clean.

Dr Adhikari is amazing, I have 3 little boys that always suffer from ear infections/ ear problems. I only come to the doctors surgery if necessary but when we do he always goes out of his way to help and to get us an appt. Bringing 3 little boys to the surgery is absolute chaos, but he doesn’t bat an eye at all and I always feel at ease. Would highly recommend this doctors surgery.
The Doctors and nursing staff are excellent but completely let down by a rude and condescending male receptionist. We have made two complaints about him and see many negative reviews about this receptionist so it’s not just us.
