I have recently just let my property in Hampton and used Chase Buchanan for the first time. I normally manage my tenancies myself but recently have been relocated with work so decided to hand the management to Chase Buchanan Concierge Department. I have been pleasantly surprised by the excellent service from the lovely team of ladies in the office. they have been quick to respond and ensured my tenant moved in without a glitch. its been a refreshing change to deal with an agency that really do put customer service first. I am happy and confident that this is the start of great working relationship.
Speaking as a tenant, I've been impressed with the service that Natara has provided us to date. We've rented through several 'big name' estate agent management services in the past and hadn't been happy with them. But in contrast, CB have been great so far. We recently had an issue with our flat that needed looking into, and it was dealt with really quickly: I got a call from a contractor on the evening of the same day that I reported it to Natara, and the contractor visited the next day! I get the impression that CB act with some autonomy to deal with day-to-day stuff, meaning it gets dealt with quicker. They also seem to hire good contractors: friendly people who know their stuff and the local area! I even got restaurant tips from a surveyor who visited! From my experience so far I'd recommend.
Lucy Lenton at St Margaret's branch was very helpful with finding the right house for us and since 2,5 years we have been in touch with Chase Buchanan Concierge for any kind of matter. They were always helpful and fast responsive. During our check out we had no problem at all and felt quite comfortable. Everything went quite smooth thanks to Natara Griffiths. I really would recommend Chase Buchanan as they are very keen in providing good service.
I have recently rented a property through chase buchanan and I have to say it's the best experience I have ever had. Verity was my main contact but in general the whole team were very helpful. I would recommend chase buchanan to all my friends and family as they have a very personal approach and are not just about the money.
I cannot rate Chase Buchanan Concierge highly enough, both Manuela and Parm have been extremely helpful getting everything sorted for our new tenancy. What can sometimes be a tiring and stressful experience has been simple and stress free. Huge thanks.
