We have just successfully rented again, our property with Chase Buchanan, and as always with the utmost professionalism. Ellie has supported us, and communicated with us with our new incoming tenants so graciously. It has been a pleasure working with Ellie, as we were consistently kept updated on the progress of our rental. All emails we sent, often with many questions and requests were dealt with promptly and with the greatest of efficiency. We have been extremely impressed at the professional service we received from Ellie. We have never rented before and found the admin frustrating but Ellie was always there to help, especially when I became frustrated. Ellie kept in touch with us and responded promptly and professionally, even getting back to me on a Sunday. We have gone from enquiring about a property to signing the lease within 2 weeks and will shortly pick up the keys. Thank you Ellie for all your help, it is much appreciated.
