We had a wonderful day, thanks in part to Hampton Hire. Our guests adored the furniture and we all had the best time. I really liked their staff, everyone I dealt with from Hampton was so professional and great. I would use the Hampton team again in heartbeat. Very grateful they were part of our epic day.

Excellent service from start to finish. From the account manager helping me with my order, to the delivery and pick up of the furniture. Our event ran smoothly and we can't thank Hampton Event Hire enough :)

1400 for nothing Really disappointed in this companies service. Would avoid and go else where. In response to your reply to my review..... Cancelling the wedding in May 2020 and then November 2020 was not a choice the bride just made, like a change of mind but due to covid-19 restrictions set by the government and was out of our control. It was a difficult and stressful decision. Also, I did not ask for a full refund as I know businesses are struggling and was fine with a charge but asked for a partial refund or if you could meet in the middle. We have paid you 1400, so you would still be getting 700 for providing no service at all and this would defiantly cover the admin fee you mentioned. I also inquired if the furniture is rebooked by another event would we get a partial refund but “no response” so a double dipping opportunity I suppose. As I explained my daughter could not take a credit as she is moving to Melbourne in January 2021. When speaking to Emily today she showed no compassion for our situation, she was blunt in her responses. She did not want to try to come to any compromise at all. Emily you and I both know I did not yell or use expletives, but I understand that you are trying to make me look bad. You were the one who became angry when I said I would have to pursue this further with fair Trading. …. 1400 for nothing is very steep.... so no I would not recommend your company and no I do not like the experience of service we received. Thank you for taking the time to read my other reviews but it is clear I give good reviews where good reviews are deserved, and this is not one of those situations and for you to mention this in your response is extremely unprofessional. if only a compromise could have been made in this pandemic and I felt the people should know our experience with your company

So upset with this companies customer service. Extremely disappointed with my experience. Definitely do not recommend hiring furniture from this company.
