Is this an architectural firm or an administration service? Trying to charge me 300 for discussing the size of a trial hole with a contractor. I am receiving invoices for the staff emailing and having phone calls. Never before have I dealt with a company who charges their clients for sending emails and speaking on the phone. I have asked for a property design.
