****AVOID AT ALL COST******** been to hons alot in the past and its normal \ok\ Ordered my normal Chicken balls and a few other bits and they decide to send me some lovely RAW chicken balls. Called them as you would and they where kind enough to send me another bag of RAW chicken balls. Then decided to spend the next hour of my evening trying to talk to them to have the order refunded. after them sending 3 Drivers to collect the food and not refund me i finally spoke to the manager \john\ who told me i was disturbing his business and that it was all my fault. Just eat where as helpful as using a fork to empty a bucket of water. They did an \investigation\ that took less than a day meaning they did NOTHING other than take our money. this is the worst service i have ever had from any restaurant and im disgusted that Just eat wouldn't do more to get this resolved or even talk to Hons about the food they are sending. I look forward to spending the next few hours posting this all over every social media platforms and hopefully someone will finally close this place down as its hygiene rating is not acceptable.
We moved out of the area and drive 30 minutes to come and pick one of these up. Best Chinese for miles
Used it for years. Usual Chinese food large portions good value for money.
