We just had Alessandro cooking for a week for a big family. He was absolutely amazing. Very accommodating to preferences of different members and last minute change in kid's mood. Alex provided us very large menu to choose from and pre order meals but he also made a ot of dishes for us on demand specific to our favourite cuisines.
