The service from Tony and Sallyanne has been absolutely fantastic. I contacted Tony some years back for a valuation and instantly knew he would be the agent for us. I don't think you could have more knowledge of the area, and if it's honesty you're looking for (who isn't?!) you will not be disappointed. This year has not been an easy one for selling houses but I'm pleased to report it hasn't stopped them; their enthusiasm hasn't waned for one second and their attention to detail has been superb. They have reported to us with feedback on viewings on a regular basis, and we have never had to chase them. Being an ex estate agent myself, I was also impressed on their closing skills. I just can't recommend them enough. Worth every penny!
I have bought and sold a number of properties through Tredinnick & Bower in recent years. They are always polite, efficient and effective, staying on top of each sale to ensure there are no undue delays. I will certainly continue to use them as I now reduce my portfolio, and have no hesitation in recommending them both to potential buyers and sellers.
What an absolute pleasure it has been dealing with Sallyanne and Tredinnick and Bower, dispelling my stereotype and poor experience of Estate Agents. Buying and selling during Covid has been brutal this year, with completion only occurring 6 months after our offer was accepted and several collapsed chains. Throughout this, the positivity, optimism, honesty and enthusiasm from Sallyanne and Tony was most welcome and, in the end, rewarded on moving day; an event I thought many times would never happen but clearly they did! If you are looking for an Estate Agent you can trust, you would be mad to go anywhere else! I would certainly use them tomorrow if buying or selling again.
