Very irresponsible setup with respect to patient care. They admitted my relative and despite low saturation they didn't order RT-PCR. On my insistence they ordered the test but didn't give us the report for more than ONE WEEK. Tired of waiting, we later got tested elsewhere and my relative tested positive and is pretty serious now. This hospital lacks in basic patient care. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
