Just providing an service is not important... It's very important how it's reaching to needy... Doctor will be not available from 1 to 10. Hospital remains closed on Sundays. Phone number will not be attended for appointments. You need to in the que from very early hours like 3AM especially if you are coming from other cities. Even if you be in the line there is no guarantee if doctor going to check you. It's hardly 2 min you will be in doctor room. Staff are too irrigating. What you hear from them is 1. No available appointments for next 2 months 2. Doctor is I'll 3. Doctor may not come today due to health issues Hospital lags proper administration and maintenance

Good Place, With a great experienced Doctor, Who Is with a great heart and very down to earth person, But One Thing To Be Noticed, If you Need to consult Dr. Ramarao Garu You Need To Take the Appointment Early Morning Which Starts at 5Am and Closes By 6Am In the Morning and other thing is hospital remains closed for month 1st-10th every month and remaining days these timings for the appointment.

The Doctor is fantastic here... I have come here for back pain of which I am suffering from many years... And I have got change on the very first day of the treatment... And cured totally within 3 days and I am alright now... Another thing I want to share is I even had Eye sight and took the medicine one month back and my point came down to 0.25 points. Thanks to Rama Rao sir.. Hats off to his free treatment...

In recent times, because of the social media popularity, people are required to come early before 3:30am and take a token number. In a day the maximum tokens given are not more than 150 nos. If the patient cannot wait in the queue, they can have their attendee stand for them and get the token number. The doctor usually sees the patient from 6:30am onwards. There are no appointment for afternoon/evening for new patients, that slot is only for the old patients who had already seen the Doctor earlier. Appointments are not taken over the phone but in person. From Dec 25th onwards the doctor is on leave for a few days. (Not sure when he will be back)
