We wanted very much a cat..we saw a cat that would have been purrfect but the people from the cat home vetted us because we live in the middle of a town and told us via mailbox that they could not connect us. Not even a visit to check us out even though they said they would. Very disappointing.

Kind and gracious volunteers. Pets are well kept in large accommodations with room to run and play.

Staff insulting, unfriendly and apparently drunk (boozy breath).
Ich bin sehr begeistert von dem Tierheim!!! Man nimmt sich Zeit für die Besucher, ist sehr höflich und man bekommt schnell einen Termin. Also, ich bin ich sehr positiv eingestellt was das Tierheim Hanau betrifft!
