Nice big and clean shop. So big (and empty) that when my wife and I went to talk about a new internet connection; only 1 of us was allowed in.. and my wife was told (not asked) to get out! After 1 minute further with the extremely rude and unhelpful staff member; I left and took my business elsewhere. Not worth the 1 star. Update - 11:08hrs 09-09-2020 So, after getting an answer from the store owner; which is sarcastic, rude and factually incorrect.. and sums up their customer service abilities beautifully. So, as I said in my original post - \the shop was empty\ - so only us and the store worker NO ADDITIONAL CUSTOMERS - yet my wife was told to leave the shop. YES; I am fully aware of COVID... YES; I am fully aware of the restrictions in place; YES; I did see the signs... the point of discussion, is A) Your total lack of customer service; B) AN EMPTY SHOP so my wife should not have been told to leave... C) Your staff were extremely rude about it. I have no frustration to leave a 1 star review. I leave a 1 star review based on FACTS not personal emotions. However; your reply is as expected. I will now make a further complaint to your regional manager :-) Stay healthy.
