Picked up our 7 month deerhound pup this morning, she’s full of beans as we expected. This is our third dog to use these kennels and they have all been very happy. They provided bedding as my husband forgot her foam mat when he dropped her off, didn’t even need to ask, when I rang Richard had already given her all she needed so she didn’t bash her elbows which is a problem with hounds on hard floor. She will be as happy as all our previous dogs to go back when we need and we won’t need to worry about her. Thanks!

Our cat always stays at Hanchett Hall and has a positive experience. The chattery is clean and sensibly arranged and the service has always been efficient. Our two dogs also stay at the kennels, they stay together and have enjoyed being looked after by Hanchett Hall staff. No problems and happy to recommend.
