Clean large well kept rooms, polite staff, convenient location to the ski slopes. The pool is rather shallow, and could be warmer, but its cool that you can go in it outside and see the slopes. Due to covid you have to schedule an appointment to use the pool, the hot tub is closed :-(

This place is absolutely amazing! We got a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite for an extremely reasonable price, and it far exceeded expectations! Most of the usual amenities are shut down right now due to COVID, but with this awesome suite that truly felt more like an apartment we were perfectly happy to relax in the room, take a jacuzzi bath or sit out on the balcony and look at the beautiful view. The indoor/outdoor pool is still open though, and it is so neat to be able to swim through a little "door" and next thing you know, you're outside swimming at the base of a mountain! My sisters and I rate this place 20/10 (and we are usually pretty tough critics), we will definitely be back!
The room was well equipped (full kitchen, washing machine and dryer) and clean. I liked the gym and pool. It was late September (2019) but I still enjoyed the outdoor pool. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t woking. I would love to go back to this place. It is really nice place.
This resort was amazing. They have everything you would need in an apartment besides food. The pool and heated indoor and out. The lift is right at the back door. We didnt get to ride because you can only ride if you have skies or a snowboard (disappointing). There was space for my kids to snowboard and fun activities at the desk.
Wonderful holiday weekend at Wyndham Bentley Brook.. Loved our two bedroom facing the mountain with excellent ski conditions at our fingertips! Plenty of safety guidelines with hand sanitizer everywhere. Kids did not want to leave - we’ll be back soon.. Highly recommend!
My spouse and I skied on Jiminy peak and had a wonderful time. We dined at John Harvard's in the Wyndham resort. The vibe was family-oriented, the guests were happy and jovial, and the staff was welcoming and engaging. The resort itself was neatly kept and well groomed.
Out of the Wyndham resorts near mountains, this one is our favorite on the east coast. The units have been updated and the lobby and common areas are very nice. The service is consistently good from the desk to the maintenance staff. Also they seem to follow the state's safety protocols: Masks, social distancing, and hand sanitizer signs are everywhere. However, having your room right next to the lifts with the best view of the mountain is what makes this Wyndham amazing.
We booked the 2 bedroom suite last minute for opening weekend at Jiminy Peak. The suite was very clean and I was impressed that they stocked all the basic necessities like laundry and dish soap. My kids loved the jacuzzi and we were able to reserve the heated pool so that no one else was in the pool area while we were there. The staff is friendly and the ski on/ski off was awesome! Made everything so much easier while skiing with a 4 year old. We can’t wait to go back! There were many signs saying that they are working with ecolab to make sure the rooms Are all sanitized but we did find a random toothbrush in our shower from the previous guest. I didn’t see any dust on lamps or tables so it really felt like they did a good job cleaning. There is no restaurant so bring food to cook or stop by the country store.
