My kids really enjoyed the classes and I am grateful that they got the experience. The school is poorly organized though, parents have to show up almost an hour and a half before class to get kids to class on time and even then they are late. An improvement in communication between the parents and the school would be much appreciated. I am not a mind reader and the expectation seemed to be that I should be. The attitudes and professionalism of the ski shop needs improving, 4 times we got 4 different answers highly unorganized and a couple of the staff members are just downright rude. Don’t dare ask anyone at the ski shop a question, they won’t know or you’ll get a rude answer most of the time.
