Tim is excellent with helping deal with severe chronic pain management issues and helps with relief where a MD's medication leaves off. A very caring and understanding person who will be there for you. His years of experience show that he can personalize going way beyond what one could call textbook care. I went in for an evaluation. In the middle of the evaluation Tim says we're gonna have to stop now I'm going on vacation for 4 weeks, I explained I need this evaluation to get my prescription covered by medicaid, asked if he could send my doctor the results he did have as I signed a release so he could, my doctor never got the evaluation and now I have to wait 4 weeks for him to return. I'm not happy at all and very frustrated with the lack of care showed to the patients
