David Tembreull

Terrible Appraisal Service. Acts as if he is an inspector or Licensed Contractor. He had worked for the banks most of his career and is only in it for the banks. He will not give you a fair appraisal. Do NOT tell him if the sale is by owner either. He is in it for the real estate agents as well. Do NOT tell him asking, listing or sale prices either. He made two remarks in the report that cost us thousands of dollars, “curled” shingle or a comment about siding. Now the bank is requiring a contractor repair the roof and siding when it’s not required. I am now forced to hire a contractor to go and inspect the house to get the bank to back off. I was charged 400.00 for the appraisal as well.

Terrible Service. Cost is nearly double of all other appraisal Services. Very Poor Timeliness. Took nearly a Month to complete Appraisal. Didn't know what he was talking about in the appraisal. Many Errors that had to be corrected by bank on two separate occasions.

Very misleading. His report was completely different than were his words in person. Snagged the refinancing for our mortgage over \...peeling paint on a storage shed...\. (A shed is barely visible from the house.) Disasters and demeaning.
